Hi do we revive a phone that is stuck on fastboot mode?
I have tried removing the battery, reinserting it back but to no success. I have tried to access recovery menu but it's not possible. I can't connect it to fastboot obviously because USB debugging was not enabled prior to this predicament.
What's the remaining fix? Especially taking into consideration that the phone runs on Spreadtrum chipset and it's firmware is not available to flash from the internet.
Please advice.
Thanks.

you don't need USB debugging to connect to a phone in fastboot mode

you'll need to look for a working phone to backup firmware from then you can flash your device with the firmware backup

I managed to get another phone the same make and model to the one stuck on fastboot mode, but whenever I try to backup the firmware, I get a "Initialize boot22... BootLoad error, ID, 19" Message. The phone is Safaricom Neon ray, SPD SC9832. I'm using Miracle thunder V2.82 with loader. I have backed up 4 Mediatek devices without any issues. What can the problem be? Kindly advice.

you've selected the wrong boot_id
you can randomly try other boot_id related to SC983* , there's a good number of them within miracle thunder. hopefully you'll find the right one for the device

Oh! That's where I've been going wrong, I have been selecting Auto. Let me try randomly all the SPD chipsets and see the one that will work with spd SC9832. Thanks. What about the bootrate, does it matter so much?

leave everything else untouched, unless you get a prompt asking to change baudrate then you can try changing it

If Miracle Box doesn't work then your next bet would be CM2SP2. The problem you might have is such Unisoc having signed fdl 1&2
