you mentioned that you were able to successfully flash the device using sugarmtk tool right?
to confirm, was the flashing process successful? and if it was, did you perform a factory reset after flashing?

the bin firmware you downloaded is a miracle box dump, you can't flash that using spft
you can either flash using miracle thunder @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13894.html
or try cutting the bin firmware using wwr mtk tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-21970.html if successful, then you could attempt to flash the scatter file using spft

you can't use SWD tool
1) it only supports secure boot devices from trassion holding company i.e tecno, infinix, itel e.t.c
2) SWD doesn't support flashing miracle box bin backup

use miracle box to flash your device
