Since my vbmetaI has only six key and the six keys are similar to six out of the 11public keys provided in the description of how to sign a custom vbmeta . Should I use your key or use the ones I extracted from my phone model .PAC firmware. I use Hxd extractor and I have confirmed all the six keys and the all have the same number I also cross check the last key ( all ends at 48)

you can use the keys you extracted seeing as you've already extracted them (no point downloading the same files)
btw what device model is this?

I extracted the VBMETA from the PAC firmware of one out of the list of the ItelA16 plus' firmware I got from here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23880.html ( but not the same build num. Hope I can use it for my own ItelA16 plus?). More so I have been able to  extract my own recovery image
using the research download afterI back up my firmware using this guide-  https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31800.html

I have successfully unlock it bootloader using ubuntu Linux live USB from terminal.

Thus I have try to sign my vbmeta But terminal could not recognize python. I have try using this commands below which told me to make use

"sudo apt install python2"

and

"sudo apt update"

I even try "sudo apt install python3" and this also "sudo apt install python"

I have attached the screenshot here for you

PLEASE HELP ME SIGN MY CUSTOM VBMETA, THEN I CAN EASILY PROCEED TO FLASHING IT BEFORE PATCHING RECOVERY ON MAGISK AND FINALLY SIGN IT. THANKS

best you use same vbmeta directly from your device or build number, extract it same way you did for recovery
and for your python, it doesn't seem like you had internet connect while trying to install python. apt get requires internet connection OR feel free to use any linux OS that has python pre-installed.e.g ubuntu versions below v20.x
