[Please help] I can't find e MMC option on the recovery mode!

Hi, i have a MT6582 Chinese android phone, it can't boot anymore it stuck, so i need to wipe cache, and to do that i need to go to recovery mode and select e MMC option, but I CAN'T FIND IT!! I don't understand what to do Sad

1. how did the phone get bricked?
2. whats the exact phone model?
3. what button combo did you use to attempt to boot into recovery mode?

1. I've installed chainfire3D.
2. Timmy E86.
3. Power Button + Volume Down.

try volume up + power button instead . (volume before power when phone is off)
for chainfire3D brick, you need to flash the stock system.img .factory reset in recovery mode wont help

dont use just any ROM. needs to be for your exact model so you dont complicate things
