I have try this way :
.- flash gsi system.img using fastboot i.e fastboot flash system system.img stook on tecno logo bootloop
.- factory reset the device i.e fastboot -w no success
please help, I see in encryption and credentials my phone is encrypted!!!

if fastboot -w doesn't work for you, then factory reset your device using stock recovery (not using a custom recovery)
if you factory reset your device and it's still in bootloop, then it clearly means the gsi rom doesn't work for your device. look for and try a different rom
...and the encryption doesn't stop you from using gsi. it just tells that your userdata is encrypted. refer to the documentation @ https://source.android.com/security/encryption
Ok, I have installed 2 different GSI Roms Havoc-OS-v3.5-20200522-Official-arm64-aonly.img_2 and lineage-17.1-20200511-UNOFFICIAL-treble_arm64_avN.img, factory reset in factory recovery all stook TECNO logo bootloop

(04-07-2020, 12:04 PM)shjeanpy I am back to this topic because my problem remain, now have flashed GSI rom by cmd but when I flash TWRP recovery and run it the phone restart on fastboot mode, I don't know why that's how I come back to ask for help

confirm again, which one of the three twrps worked for your device?
