Q. Is your phone L Thrive or Phoenix?
Q. Before we proceed with PC method, try this:
1. Turn the power off.
2. Press and hold the following keys at the same
time for 10 seconds: Power/Lock Key + Home Key
+ Up Volume Key.
3. When the power turns on, release the keys.
4. Do a hard reset

Pls hw will I knw if its L Thrive or Phoenix? And wen I hold d key combo it shows d lg logo and went off, notin will show again until I removed and re-insert d battery and same thing stil occurs (b4 it usually show d lg logo and remain still, bt d reverse is nw d case). Pls help me
