Hello please my itel firmware version is ITEL A14-SA215-8.1-OP-V050-20200225
but I can't find the same firmware version here, the only versions I can find here are: OP-V031-20190301
OP-V018-20181017. And
OP-V001-20180608

So please i want to know which of the 3 is compatible with my phone. You can check the attachment photo of the phone.

Am a repairer. The problem is battery temperature too low then it shut off. I have checked all hardware and everything is ok and i have changed the battery as well but the problem is not solved. That is why I want to flash it maybe its a software problem.

i don't think this is software related. it's likely the battery, battery connector, power or usb related component on the pcb
either way if you still want to flash the device, you will either need to look for the same firmware build (online or offline) OR backup your current firmware and then try one of the older builds, see if it boots on your device

I can't find the same firmware build online..even if i find one, it's not free so I will try and backup my firmware then. But please can you tell me which of the old builds or versions may be compatible with the device? So that I can try that 1st. Thank you.

No, it's for you to test and find out
you can start with the v031 which is closest to your build, use the fdl1&2 from the firmware to backup your current firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31800.html OR if you have a hardware dongle then you can backup using that instead
