Hello @hovatech, yesterday I subscribe to etisalat blackberry plan with bold 9930, but I couldn't use the service, I called their customer care and they told me that 9930 is not yet supported by their service, but a friend of mine bought a 9930 and it's working with etisalat though he's running OS7.0 and his phone doesn't have the GPS location icon near the service coner, and when the phone finally boot up it shows blackberry as the boot logo unlike my own, so please at hovatech is there any workaround to fix this? Thank you in advance

1. whats os is yours running on?
2. is yours a branded phone?
3. what does yours show instead of blackberry?

I'm running os7.1 and it shows Verizon Mobile, and by branded u mean?

some networks have problems supporting certain branded phones.
have you tried another network's BIS on it?

The problem might be that Etisalat doesn't support that type of branded phone
