Dear team. 
 l got a   laptop on which a kid spilled some water accidentally though it first couldn't switch on after a work around the PC started working well to some extent it's battery power depleted but can't charge it only indicates battery charged 100% if plugged in and once unplugged it shuts down any pointer for the battery connector board ( I realised if I find any way to charge the battery without the PC it works but can't charge via the laptop.

did you properly dry the board before using the pc?
look for an experienced pc technician to check the board for you
