Hello I formated my infinix x5010 without backing it up, downloaded its firmware but as I tried to use the smart phone flash tool and got an error s_dl_get_dram_setting_fail (5054).

attach a full screenshot of sp flash tool (move the error window away from the tools interface)
you formatted using sp flash tool?
