I Cannot Change Network Mode In My Tecno P5

Please i just bought the phone and i noticed that i cannot change its network mode, and also it does not have debugging functions, and when i tried connecting to mtkdriod tools it does not connect. i tried rooting it but no success.
Help me out please.

what do you mean by not having debugging functions?

in the settings i cannot find debugging tools. before about phone and i have also tried rooting it with frama root, king root nd many more but its not rooting.

go to settings > about and keep tapping build number

I did it and I was able to get the developer tools. but still cannot change the network mode.

have you enabled USB debugging?

yes I have. and look at what I always see when ever I switch on my WiFi.

the phone doesn't want to root i successfully rooted my friends p5 but mine didn't work and I tried flashing it. after selecting d scatter file.txt don't know wat to select anymore.

1. whats the color of the first Tecno that appears when you boot?
2. go to Settings > About> Model number , what does it say?
3. what version of Android is the phone running on?
