Hello
MY Tecno L8 lite mt6580 recently got into an endless bootloop after running out charge. I tried every possible methods I could by deleting cache and Other methods but to no avail.
Recently I tried using NCK dongle to dump my firmware cause I dont want to lose my Files but once the process starts it gets stuck and write out "Sending DA Agent please wait". After that it just gets stuck without any response. I'll have to abort the pricess which gives  a 4001 error indicating failed communication with my phone.
What  Should I do now? The phone is unrooted and I've tried MTKdroid but It doesn't detect my phone in any way. Please help

use miracle box 2.82a *loader @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html to backup the phone’s firmware.

State the phone’s build no.
If you didn’t take note of the phone’s build no then identify using miracle method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html

innagee Thank you for the tip but I seem to have found the problem. Its during Installation of the DRIVER software once I connect my phone to the PC. It gives Device Driver unsuccessfully installed. I DONT know how to fix this as each time I connect my phone it connects and disconnects simultaneously and my phone buzzes during the process. What should I do now

ensure you installed vcom preloader driver ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
also ensure to power off the phone before connecting it to the PC for the firmware backup operation
lastly, you might want to disconnect / reconnect the battery or wait till the battery is completely drained to ensure that the phone is powered off
