I had an old MTK 8389 tablet lying around.After doing research i found out that it is quite similar to MTK 6589.I tried porting and flashing some custom 6589 roms.The roms boot but after some 2 minutes the rom crashes to a white or black screen with lines and reboots.The cycle continues.What am I doing wrong in porting.The are similar SocS. Help would be greatly appreciated.I know the tablet is old but I just want fresh rom that is different from stock.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks
