is the baseband of the device unknown?
when you try to connect to modem meta, does the phone boot to meta mode?

The base band is known and it wasn't connecting to meta mode

try using latest cm2, ensure to select the da for x690 from within the tool, see https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-22071.html

I Bought this informaton but would like to make it free because many people have been hoarding this info before now. To put infinix X690, X690B and other MTK G70, G80 and Gseries in META mode use Transsion IMEI Tool to put the phone in Meta mode, then use NCK BOX or AVENGER BOX to write imei in Meta mode.
