Help me out my phone isn't installing app both apk and from playstore
#1

I rooted my phone few hours ago with kingroot and it was successful. Afterwards, I installed magisk. I thought since magisk is installed there's no need to install king root again. So, I uninstalled king root, then I tried to install apk, I got a message of not installed I tried to install through play store, after download it will bounce back to install. I think the problem is there is not enough system storage after I installed magisk but I don't know how get a away around it. I have done factory reset yet app won't install.

Kindly help

have you tried flashing back stock boot? i.e remove magisk, seeing as you mentioned the problem started after installing magisk OR better still flash full firmware

Since you rooted via kingroot, you'll need to also flash system.img to reverse changes to /system partition.
1. Do you encounter this problem with all apks or just a particular one?
2. Firmware for your model is listed @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-389.html . Is yours A_T4538 or A_T4790?
3. You'll need to first backup before flashing; scatter backup, all partitions. Backup using Miracle box @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13347.html or wwr @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-21970.html

Miracle box does not show A_T4538 or A_T4790 but shows mtk6572 instead. Also, miracle does display *USB not installed* making it impossible to detect my phone.

Following settings ->about phone -> build number -> I found sv2.4 under build number. What does that mean?
