I ve watched the video and I seem to have done everything there still yet I still get this fustrating error

"BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL(4032")

By sp flashtool v5

My friend(the owner) explained to me that he was putting it on even after the battery was very low that it was midnight and he needed the phone to use to see to the toilet so he kept puttin the phone back on several times and wen it got to the following morning he tried charging it and won't come back on,also used a desktop charger and charged it for several hours still won't even boot but whenever he puts his battery into another m3 it powers and tried putting another battery into his own m3 it won't even boot.

Admin I really need this phone to boot up back pls help cause he don dash me!

the error 4032 is a mismatch error which means the M3 likely isnt Old OS 4.2
need to ask some questions
1.  was the m3 running on OS 4.2 or 4.4 (ask the owner to clarify)
2. if it was on 4.2, check the pics @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html and lets know if it was the blue background type (old) or black background type (new)

this hardly happens in Old OS 4.2
1. was the phone running on a custom ROM?
2. did you try uninstalling vcom drivers using USB deview before re-installing (https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html)
3.have you tried both SP flash tool V3 and 5?
