i have one chinese phone that :
when i make a call and push the power button the LCD is showing for a half second and then goes black

You mean proximity sensor? Its goal is to prevent accidental button presses while you're on a call or the device is in you pocket / bag

maybe i mean proximity just didn`t know the right word and fount in google the word for closeness.

i am talking not about the sensor but the phone proximity sensor rubber :

Rubber is usually used to prevent certain parts from moving around, especially those not held down by a screw
