in boot.img so dm-verity problem won't fix...
(21-11-2020, 10:26 AM)farooq16a further more the phone is secure mode and as far as i know comparing it with computers secure boot won't let changes to operating system on other hand legacy mode allow to re flash the system and make changes to the system, my point is that the phone is in secure mode and uses avb 1.0 and all the tools including hovatek qcom tool works well for legacy mode, i have used all the available tools on internet to patch boot.img with; whether for windows or linux os nothing works, tools like AIK, CIK, abootimg, mkbootimg are of no help here.
(22-11-2020, 10:52 PM)X3nonthank for your reply, bootloader is unlocked, plus critical unlocked, the bootloader is unlocked that's why i can flash boot.img whether patched or not, when i flash patched boot.img with AIK, or CIK phone enters bootloop then i enter fastboot mode again and flash the stock boot.img and phone boots okay, while with magisk boot.img i get the error that your phone has loaded a different operating system phone will reboot in 5 secs if no button pressed, pressing vol buttons allows to enter recovery and fastboot mode, note that i have dumped running boot.img using QFIL tool mean the boot.img with latest version on phone i.e 3.2.4 .(21-11-2020, 10:03 AM)farooq16a ...and magisk patched boot.img will say your device has loaded another operating system.

don't understand what you mean by this, you should attach a full screenshot of wherever you get this error message

you mentioned that you patch boot alright but you didn't tell if you were able to flash the patched boot successfully or not and if you were, if the phone got bricked too or not
BTW is the bootloader of the device unlocked? see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19578.html
