boot the phone into recovery mode, you'll find the current build number on top of recovery mode
search for firmware based on the build you find in recovery mode and flash using any samsung flash tool e.g odin3

it doesn`t go to recovery. let we accept that searching for dongle / box is active.

z3x samsung tool, miracle thunder have read phone info for samsung devices, you can try them out
however, if the device is unable boot to recovery then the emmc chip is probably faulty, be sure to check that the hardware buttons are not the cause of not been able to boot into recovery
