Hello dear, good afternoon. My device starting restarting it self eventually, so I downloaded the firmware and the da file in this official site.... The mistake I did was I formated the phone with sp flashtool with the da file and the firmware instead to just upgraded or download it.... Now the phone is dead, how can I fix it pls

It's Possible you flashed the wrong build for your phone , in that case if you know the previous build number then download it here and flash, if not then you can try the latest build.
You will find the firmware here

It's Possible you flashed the wrong build for your phone , in that case if you know the previous build number then download it here and flash, if not then you can try the latest build.

You can try other flashing tools like after sale, miracle box or untick recovery when flashing with spft
