and from option format all + download i go again to download...

Cache partition not exist in your firmware folder, Untick cache partition at sp flash tool and re-try to flash it

If you're certain you have the right firmware then open the scatter.txt using notepad++ and edit userdata and cache. set is_download to false for both then save and reload the scatter file

You best backup the firmware before you go ahead with flashing
