good afternoon,

i hard-reset gionee s10c after resetting, it enter into frp so i tried to removed it with miracle box i was unable to do it, so i decided to used frp reset tool to reset the frp, after successful resetting it the phone reboot and was stuck in the gionee logo.
I notice anytime I on the phone this message always display "your device has been loaded with different operating system"
so I decided to flash the phone with the stock ROM I downloaded using Miracle box 2.82 but I keep getting this error message (error fail to connect with phone >> make sure you select the correct port). then I tried using QFIL this is the error(Download Fail: Sahara Fail: QsaharaSever Fail: Process fail)

please I need your help on this I have screenshot all the errors and other details

Hello sir,
I ve done everything it still showing the sarah faliure. i downloaded the latest qfil $ qpst, uninstall my drivers and install back, diasable drivers signature, delay in entering into edl mode and i even try some tip from google search (off my antivirus, put my system in flight mode) all to no avail.

Help me pls

Was the QFIL you used the one that came with QPST? Downloading QFIL standalone sometimes gives this issue.
Also, how many programmer files does the firmware you downloaded have? Have you tried another firmware?

Yes the qfil is the one that comes with qpst. I have try the stand alone still the same thing.
About the firmware programmer file it only has one I have not tried another.

And pls can I downloaded just the programmer file separate or I have to download the full file

Check if miracle thunder is able to backup the firmware. Ensure to load the programmer file from the firmware or select the phone model if listed in miracle thunder
Which mode did the frp reset tool you used run in, fastboot or edl?

Miracle thunder was able to backup the firmware (I have backup). I notice that miracle thunder was seeing this phone product as gionee s10 lite while the firmware I downloaded was for s10c could that be d problem

Maybe.
you could upload the recovery file in the backup so I check the phone's info or you download s10 lite firmware and try flashing instead
