The error code pop up when I wanted to load any scatter file in sp flash please help
The error code is ( 0xc003001)
And I have tried to change the location of the file but same error.

This is unlikely to popup when loading scatter file, rather, when you're trying to flash.
Your device has secure boot and needs a DA (and maybe auth) file.
What's the device's model?
