My phone runs on lollipop 5.1 but I discovered that using Google chrome and opera mini to upload a file is impossible. It will show camera option only. How can I get way around it?

With Firefox it does work but chrome and opera it does not.

Maybe chrome and opera don't have permission to access storage.
Try uninstall and reinstall both
