Yes, i tried a few on both packs, DA and Auth, but they all gave the same error:
error: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_FAIL or another one similar ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL

This is a 2018 model
Hope you're not holding any button when connecting to PC for flashing
Also, have you tried the DA and Auth in Sugar MTK

Well i tried in multiple ways honestly, the phone is stuck on bootloop now you see, so it keeps turning off and on, i did tried in Sugar but not the DA's and Auth i downloaded from here, how should i go about connecting the phone? pretty sure i have all the drivers installed

The 5058i DA @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-23775.html ought to work since its Alcatel 3X 2018 also
after installing sugar mtk, check C:\Program Files (x86)\SUGAR MTK_SP_Gotu2\tool\DaFile
Try the DA there. You could try the MT6739 ones first

Ok weird stuff, the last time i used sugar, it updated once before letting me use it, now i installed it again and updated twice, tried the "upgrade" option and it did let me, my phone came back, i don't know what was wrong with it the first time but it worked, thanks a lot for your help
