Even After renaming the file extension i am unable to open the files. I have tried lots of iso and img converters as well.

renaming and adding extension doesn't make any difference and you can't just open android images using any iso / img mounter or converter
boot and recovery you can extract using tool such as android image kitchen from xda forum
vendo, check the file system using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25484.html ; if it's ext4 then you could extract or open using any ext4 tool
