Please my oga's in the house,I have this phone brought to me by a customer,so I tried hard reset,lts doesn't work,I tried formatting using cm2 dongle it still doesn't work....I tried downloading it firmware it's showing mt6752 instead mt6580,please help me

I have an infinix hot 5 ( x559 c). I can't hear some one when I make a call unless I put it on speaker so how can I fit it

1. What's the present condition of the phone? dead, stuck in logo, bootloop?
2. Did you read info (to find out build number) before formatting?
3. What happened after formatting in CM2? Details
