Hello i need help, am trying to bypass mi acc lock on my pre owned redmi 6 but the xiaomi acc removal tool nis failing. i just learned that the tool is failing because the bootloader is locked. and all the other opitions require the phone to be operating condition. how can i unlock it?

Format only persist and FRP partitions using SP flash tool as explained @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-21638.html
Setup without connecting to WiFi (to prevent a relock).
You can then remove the Mi Account using ADB or a box / dongle (when you get to this stage)
