Hello, please I need help to fix my tecno k8. It get stuck at Tecno when trying to boot it and cannot be detected with sp flash tool.Also when connected to charger, only the charging sign displays without it showing the charging display

1. How did the issue start?
2. Can you boot into recovery mode? If yes, what's the build number displayed there?

It all started after clicking on software upgrade. A pop up information showed up with 'error' . That's how it started and when I boot into factory reset, it still stuck at Techno.

Can't get the build number . Phone not booting and nothing at command seems to be working after pressing the power button + volume up key

Press volume up first then Power.

The firmware for your build is unavailable @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-22861.html but K8-H3722ABCDE-N-180205V108 seems close enough. Flash all except preloader
