Download its factory signed firmware then flash it using software download tool use the format all + download option

Isn't the file name I provided (Tecno_Spark_4_KC2_MT6761_V186_190925) a factory signed firmware? If not kindly provide me with a link to the factory signed firmware for the device. NB: The folder to the firmware I tried to use has a total of 39 files from (APDB_MT6761_S01__W1925) to (vendor). Thank you for the reply.

after using the tool you mention the phone revived but the touch screen was non responsive... Then i tried to restore the backup i had created but the pgpt file could not complete the writing( writing error) all other files write successfully when pgpt file is not selected for restore.

Leave the pgpt out. Did touch work after flashing the backup?
