Can Someone help me fix my device. I dont know the history of this device because my brother just gave it to me bootlooped already.
I tried factory reset and wipe cache, booting on logo shows green lines, i dont what is it, sometimes it boots but when you see the hios setup it freezes and reboots over and over.
I tried flashing stock firmware using SP Flash tool and tecno flash tool but. it says brom error 0x000001 Can someone help me please.

I think what i need is the custom da file
Because i looked at other ld7 thread
And tried the solutions given there,
But have no luck on flashing,

I tried tecno flash tool,
Tried lc7 and cd8 in sp flash tool
Unticked da file checking
But still says incompatible da,
