Itel A31 bootloop to recovery after factory reset

Hello team hovatek. I tried installing stock recovery but i got this.
E: Installation aborted.

This isn't how to go about it.
If all you did was a factory reset, have you tried taking out the battery for 2 minutes and reinserting?
Boot into recovery mode and tell me the build number you see

Boot into recovery mode, you should see it at the top

I suggest you first backup your firmware in scatter format using miracle thunder v2.82 as explained @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13347.html
Copy supersu.zip or magisk.zip to your memory card and flash it in Philz recovery.
