Please my Honor 7A suddenly developed network challenge. My mobile data isn't working. It's not internet settings cos I have checked it. Also I inserted the Sim into another phone and am able to browse. Kindly help

have you tried resetting network settings on the phone?

can you confirm you set the right APN in settings?
are you running stock rom or a custom rom?
did you try factory reset? or even flashing stock rom?

My APN is correct, I even checked it with another phone. Am running a stock room, although when the issue started, on trying to fix it, I did system update the issue continued, then I now did factory reset, lost all my user data and it still didn't work.
Haven't tried flashing the phone.

The internet network is stocked on 2G making browsing too slow, despite me activating the 4G button. But if I insert my sim to another phone I receive 4G service.

what options do you have when you attempt to switch network mode? attach a screenshot if possible
have you ever used 4g network with this very sim on this phone before?
can you confirm that the sim's network provider uses a 4g network band supported by the phone?

The Options are (4G/3G/2G Auto), (3G/2G Auto), and 2G.
Yes, I have used 4G. It's Honor 7A
It's Airtel 4G Sim, I even inserted the sim to another phone and got 4G.
