My tecno spark k9 all of a sudden when i unlocked the phone it go so slow and restarted but ever since that it got stuck in the first Logo ( TECNO powered by ANDROID) i can't even enter recovery mode, it keeps restarting on it's own but stuck at the first logo.
Sometimes after the logo it goes white like those old TV's.
I don't know what is happening but i have experience with instaling custom firmware on my old Sony Erricson, but this is quite puzzling.

have you tried flashing stock firmware?
download firmware for your exact build @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-20818.html
flash using sp flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html

have you tried flashing stock firmware?
download firmware for your exact build @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-20818.html

Hello x3non, i tried to flash it but i had to turn off the device so i removed the battery plug, and that fixed the initial boot logo problem but.....the problem still remained.
Sometimes the phone stars working slow and app's stop responding asking me to *close app* eventualy the phone freezes and restarts and gets stuck in the logo or just boots sucessfuly only to later on freeze and restart again.
I did a Factory reset (erase everything) from *settings* i thought i was all good so i didn't install anything but the problem still remained.
Should i now atempt to flash it or is it futile?

Yes, try flash. Ensure the firmware you're flashing matches your current build number. Try flashing only boot and system images for a start
