Hi everyone,
(See the attachments)
I am out of options ..
My girlfriend's phone (Umidigi S5 Pro) was starting to get slow/buggy, so she decided to reboot the phone. After rebooting, it was stuck in a boot loop for 2 hours before completely shutting down.
We plugged the phone to charge it for a few hours but the phone isn't reacting to anything at all (when we plug it in to the wall, the phone doesn't automatically turn on or vibrate)
- We tried holding the power button for 30s
- Holding power+VOL up (and vol DOWN) for 30s
- Holding Power+VOL UP+VOL down at the same time for 30s
Nothing appears to work. The phone's screen remains black and no vibration occurs.
However, when we plug it in the computer (Windows 10 PC), the computer detects the phone as a MediaTek USB Port (COM3). But, it keeps ''disconnecting'' and ''reconnecting'' in the device Manager.
So what I tried :
- I launched SP Flash Tool
- Selected ''Download Only''
- Located the correct scatter file (I have the same phone personally, I know some basics about SP Flash tool)
- Clicked on Download
- Plugged the phone in
When I do that, the MediaTek USB Port does not disconnect from the device manager. It stays connected BUT the Download DA portion (red bar) stays stuck at 100%... After a few seconds (30 s to 1 min) it generates the error message (0xc0010005)
After doing some research on this forum, I found that the error 0xc0010005 is related to a communication issue with the phone.. I tried:
- A different USB cable
- A different USB port (USB 2 and 3. Front and back of the tower)
- A different computer
- A reinstall of the MediaTek drivers
Nothing appears to work

Please help
