I tried to flash infinix x680 with softwareDownloader but it keep disconnecting and show this error
Download failed!status_sec_img_type_mismatch(0.000
Please help me solve this issue

i followed the full instruction the port connected but i got this error from command RuntimeError: libusb is not installed for port COM4
also another error from sp flashtools. STATUS_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (0xC0060001)

repeat steps 3 - 6
to confirm if you successfully installed the filter, then mtk usb port should be on the list of "remove a filter"
if it's not on that list then filter has not been install yet

In parallel to this approach, lets branch to SP flash tool quickly.
Load the DA @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23339.html and try flash only boot.img
