preloader mistakenly added when flashing the phone

I tried downloading cm2mtk twice but its not opening on my pc window 7 ultimate.

i downloaded it from up to 5 sites still not working, are there no other means?

it seems you didn't understand, cm2mtk requires the hardware cm2 dongle, with the hardware, the software modules won't work
