No network

My phone Tecno Camon CX allows 4g only when set
but when set to 2g or 3g/2g it loses network completely, 4g only connects online but does not make a call, am using safaricom line,it was working well until oneday the situation changed,i have tried restoring but problem persist, what do i do?

can you confirm that this safaricom network still operates on 2G / 3G network frequencies?
put your sim in another phone to test the 2g / 3g network as well

It works very well, i really don't knw the problem butmy line is not the issue

i take it that your sim works in another device both 2g and 3g
if yes, then try flashing nvram from a working cx device, you can try that listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13992.html
