Hello admin. I bought a bran new Nokia 2.4 android phone. The problem is that it keep hanging especially when ever its internet data service is put on. How can i resolve this problem cause i have tried factory reset twice but the problem persists ?

does the problem return immediately after you factory reset the device? or takes some time before returning
try booting to safe mode too and check
also try flashing stock firmware, found this @ [ Login / Register to download free]
