Re-flash stock BOOT IMG for your build to solve bootloop issue.

try flashing empty vbmeta ; download @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-32719.html
flash using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-37957.html
lets know the outcome and if flashing empty vbmeta is successful then lets know if the phone is able to boot up to homescreen
