I have use sp flash tool to flash a entire rom from the backup with same model tablet device. After completed the (format all + download). My bricked tablet device has been started properly. However, the touch screen response is reverted on X-Axis, It got left when i touch right.

May i know how could i fix this problem?? Also, how could i know which touch panel firmware is using on my device??

You can use Device info hw apk to find out your touch drivers.
Your model must be a different variant. Look for a different firmware and flash only boot and LK
