This could be due to a browser page refresh or direct access to this page. We recommend you press the browser back button and begin again." --> press back and repeat = same thing

I tried with different browsers, with different OS, also with Android, there must be an issues at your end otherwise why I can post here but not in other sections?

probably I found the problem, I was trying to post the text with the below characters, well those were the problem!

Must've been Mod Security flagging those characters
