Yes
But it's only formatable via recovery which is inaccessible(device not powering on)

I've downloaded it and I've also flashed it but it's now @boot loop.
What next?

Slot in a formatted SD card and repeat flashing then do a factory reset in recovery mode.
when thats done, open that first file you downloaded and flash the ctr image to your phone using sp flash tool. let me know if the phone is now able to enter Carliv Touch recovery mode

now, flash the stock_mod file in recovery mode. your phone should boot up normally after that
