So my phone model is rmx 2189 realme c12 and its currently hard bricked but see
After mtk bypassing has succeeded (Because everything goes well with mtk bypassing, the problem starts at sp flash tool ) and then you try to flash the stock ofp firmware using sp flash tool you get an error like this STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xC0050005)
which I understand means that the firmware I was trying to flash is not compatible with my phone model.
Now Im left wondering is realme giving out wrong firmware files to their users because I downloaded the firmwares from their official website

And btw before asking I did try several firmwares older ones and newer ones.
Any help whatsoever would be appreciated thanks in advance
Downloaded firmware from
https://oppostockrom.com/oppo-realme-c12-rmx2189
https://www.gsmmafia.com/realme-c12-rmx2189-flash-file/

...

how exactly did the phone get hard bricked?
do you remember the previous build number that was on the phone?
how many different builds have you tried in total?
also attach only your scatter file or upload it anywhere and post the link
btw the wensites you mentioned above are not owned by oppo

lastly try readback only recovery, let me know if successful or not

1.The phone got bricked while relocking bootloader. Before applying for exit in depth test step I went ahead and put the command fastboot flashing unlock. After that rebooted and now its bricked
2.The previous build number was A.85 build
3.So far I have tried A.67, A.71 and A.85 . These were the builds that I know I had in my phone even before the bootloader was unlocked. There was no other build that came in via OTA method.
4.I have uploaded scatter from A.85 build
5. The readback only also gave back the same error STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xC0050005)
That will be all

after flashing A85 firmware, what's the present state of the device? totally dead or stuck at boot
if totally dead, have you tried disconnecting / reconnecting the battery?
if stuck at boot, have you tried factory resetting in recovery mode?

After flashing the A.85 firmware the present state of the phone is totally dead.
The phone has in built battery so I don't think removing the battery is a good idea for me as am no guru at that sort of work.
So now that it is totally dead all the firmware builds I try at sp flash tool give me the same error STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xC0050005)

look for an experienced hardware technician to assist you with the battery then reconfirm if the device is still dead or not

I went to a technician yesterday to check as you asked at an oppo service center and he checked the battery.
he replaced the motherboard with a new realme c12 motherboard to confirm whether it was the battery and the new motherboard booted up well and so he just said the motherboard is the one which is dead and that I needed a new one.
There you have it. As of now unless there might be another solution I am in a really bad situation.

@X3non
Is motherboard broken in above case is because of wrong usage of bootloader unlocking and locking?

Do you think a software tool can destroy hardware with a command?

What is your opinion in this? He can claim warranty because of hardware fault?

Thanks

it's likely a faulty emmc chip

No, it can only be coincidental

Not sure how realme operates their warranty, you can confirm from the service center

So in other words the only solution left is to replace the motherboard?
