The issue I am having is that I am unable to push parted to my sbin when I run adb push parted /sbin.
No notice
But I can pull any files when I am on TWRP
Which means that my MTP and adb is working.pls how can I fix this issue.

Command,
adb push parted /shin

My phone arch is aarch64 android ressurecion remix android 10 arm64 mt6763

using twrp's file manager, are you able to view the contents of /sbin? if yes, push or mtp copy the files to /sdcard then attempt copying the file into /sbin using the twrp file manager
fastboot isn't needed

when you reboot, whatever you copied earlier will be erased seeing as recovery is always extracted whenever the user boots into recovery mode, either refrain from rebooting or unpack the twrp, copy parted to sbin folder, repack the recovery using android image kitchen
