I need your help. I flashed my Zong4G (Huawei E5573Cs-322) this way :

Step1 : Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10.exe + usbloader-5573cs-322.

Step2 : E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00.exe

Step3 : Update_WEBUI_17.100.15.01.356_MRE5.exe

Step4 : Rewriting serial number & IMEI with dc-unlocker2client.exe

The device keep starting in boot mode and only 1 green led (not blinking). I dont have any GUI/Dashboard. The reset button is not working due to usage of usbloader.

Did you have any idea? Thanks for your help

if you get one green led, then it must be the charging led which indicates the device isn't powered on yet. disconnect everything including the battery, reconnect battery without the charger then attempt to power it on
if you get two green blinking led, you should reflash the E5573cs_Update_21.318.03.00.00 firmware again

Thanks for you reply.
Still One green light on the battery led. I disconnect usb cable, remove battery. Wait 2 min, replace battery then power on (with usb cable).
No lights. If I press the power on button. I get two light for 1 second then they turn off. No wifi detected. Look like the device stay in download mode.

I've flashed also the file you gave me E5573_Update_WEBUI_17.100.11.00.03_Mod1.6.exe but same nothing.

It look like the device doesnt boot properly

doesn't seem to be stuck in download mode seeing as you just mentioned that the device goes off shortly after turning it on
remove the battery > reinsert the battery > connect to a charging source > wait till the battery led blinks > then press and hold the power button until you see both leds then check and confirm
