Samsung GT I8530 not booting up

Pls help me, my samsung GT I8530 is not booting up again up since the last time I charged it over night and I tried the usb fig method but still no positive respond from the phone I need ya help

1. Was it rooted?
2. Remove the battery for 1 minute > slot it back in without booting the phone > Connect the phone to it's charger > does it show a charging sign?

Charge the battery with a desktop charger for over 4 hours then try booting the phone into download mode

I even bought a new battery and all my two batteries are working fine, still it did't work

How did you try booting into download mode?
