you will not get that OTA because your CID is 11111111
thats a universal CID. your CID has to match the carrier's for you to get an OTA from them

Ok, i changed the cid to HTC__001 and it showed me an update but not the lollipop and it tells me that update is corrupted download again

This is what they told me after the download.
"We have determined that your phone may be running modified version of its system software. For your protection, we cannot update your phone. Please revert your phone to the official HTC system software to update your phone. If you did not modify your system software or would like help reverting your system, please contact us via support section at www.htc.com."
