* Power off the phone
* Press and hold Volume Down + Camera key + Power button
* Once the phone vibrates, release the Power button
* When the phone reboots, release the other keys
Windows Phone 8
* Switch off the phone
* Press and hold Volume Down button then connect a charger or USB cable with an ON PC
* After 8 seconds you will see an exclamation mark
* Press Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power button -> Volume Down
* The phone will reset and reboot
Under Settings
* Make sure that the phone is on
* When you are in start screen, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press the arrow icon
* Next go to Settings -> About phone -> Reset your phone -> Yes
* Wait for reset to be complete
