Hi,

I hope everyone is fine. I have executed following steps:

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

wipe > factory data reset in twrp mode [ this is done because twrp was not mounting sd card]

after reboot, RESET PHONE option selected

after above commands, mobile is only booting into TWRP. Can anyone please guide how can I fix this? I have only boot.img file.

twrp > reboot > bootloader
this should get you into fastboot mode, run the command below in fastboot
Code:

fastboot -w

if the above doesn't fix it, then you'd need to flash stock recovery and perform a factory in recovery mode

Thanks for the reply. Can you please comment on the https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-38942.html . Moreover, I am little confused which method to follow? Articles say that when magisk_patched_boot.img is flashed device is rooted but when I type command
$ su

I get following error:
/system/bin/sh: su: not found

Moreover, If i used TWRP to flash SuperSu, TWRP doesn't mount Internal Storage.

Unable to decrypt data.

Which method to follow?

You just need to flash back stock recovery.img next time. Refer to https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-fix-...ter-reset/

Share a screenshot of Magisk Manager's dashboard. Also, install root checker and see what it says
